• Location (IP Address): The Extension determines your public IP address by sending a request to a third-party service (api64.ipify.org). This is classified as location data. Its sole purpose is to be displayed back to you within the Extension's interface so you can verify your connection status. We do not log, store, or track your IP address.
• Web History: The Extension's "Auto-Switch" feature requires access to the URL and title of the web pages you visit. This is used exclusively to detect network errors (e.g., "403 Forbidden") to trigger a switch to a working proxy. This information is processed locally and in real-time, and is never stored or transmitted.
• Website Content: To support the "Auto-Switch" feature, the Extension's content script reads text from the body of the web pages you visit. This is done to identify specific error messages that indicate a failed connection. This data is processed locally and is never stored or transmitted from your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data collected is used strictly for the following purposes, which are integral to the Extension's single purpose:

• To set and manage your browser's proxy settings.
• To securely store and automatically provide credentials for your proxy servers.
• To display your current IP address for connection verification.
• To enable the "Auto-Switch" functionality by detecting specific content on web pages.
• To enable the "Emergency Switch Button" on web pages.
• To save your settings and preferences locally on your device.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. Your information is not used for advertising, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or any function unrelated to the Extension's primary purpose. The only external communication is the request made to api64.ipify.org to fetch your public IP address for display purposes.
